Paid items missing pnp asap!

I ordered a basket of 30 items, worth R1219,81 only 12 were delivered and R72,36debited back to my card. An amount of R1147,45 was debited from my card. This is the second time that items ordered from pnp Pretoria north or Wonderpark are not delivered. I ordered for a sickly family member-as I couldn’t get to them- they needed the items. I tried calling the call centre and held on for 38 minutes then the call got cut. I called again and a friendly lady called Kayla said they would sort it out and urgently deliver the items. She called back a few minutes later confirming the order number as it was not picked up in the system. She said the manager at the urgent delivery centre will call back and it was up to her to get the order delivered or not. I am still waiting. Meanwhile my family member is still without the items he needed and not able to get his meds. How can half the basket disappear and one waits so long for pnp to address the issue? What happened after the order was filled? The receipt shows that the items were delivered so where are they??? Who stole them or did they grow legs and just walk away from the paper bags?????What is asap about this app? It is pathetic! I will not order from it again. I just want the missing items replaced and then I ll delete the app. Either way I will get what I paid for.
