Paid for products we did not receive....

Kindly note that I am very disappointed on the service my family received. From my account, 34 euro was deducted for the purchasing of all my items, yet not all my received and my family was not reimbursed for this. I will be taking this matter as this is unacceptable. Is this what you are doing to your international clients? Its really bad... I expect that my family be reimbursed immediately. What do you do with the money of the items that are not substituted.

I really hope to hear from you soon before taking the next steps.
