Paid for at Pick 'n Pay and yet not received

We recently bought the 10Kg pack that is on promotion at Pick 'n Pay at Bara city Texi rank, in Soweto. However the Golden cloud cake Flour wasnt in their stock, we were forced to only take what was available with the intention that once it has been delivered as promised by the supervisor on duty, off which that should have been on Tuesday the 3rd May 2022, we would be contacted for collection. Unfortunately I have visited the shop 3-4 times after been contacted once on the 1st of May 2022 with no success of cellecting what has been paid for already. This is the worst service provided yet by Pick 'n Pay at Bara city Taxi Rank branch. I am dissapointed.
