Paid for 12pack Flying Fish got 10

Good day<br> <br> I am so upset with the bad service that we received from Pick N Pay Liquors on the 29th of August. Myself and my friend went to buy liqour for her birthday and we bought waht we wanted but then the security saw us looking at the Flying Fish then he ask us if we are aware that Flying Fish is on promotion the 12pack so we said NO and I asked him to get me one. After we got our goods we went to the till to pay for our item and the cashier said it ring up the normal price and the Manager Craig came to assist and then we explain the 12pack is R112 and you get a 6pack for free with that. He then went to the back of the Store where the product is on promotion and said no We are Confused the Promo ended the Friday so we said no but it was still advertised and the Security alert us. Then Craig went to the back and took the promo of with the price as well and started and argument. I asked who is the manager he said ME(CRAIG) he said not his problem and the security are just an security what does he know. later we then opened the 12pkt and then 2BOTTLES OF FLYING WAS EMPTY and you could see it was opened and put back Deliberately so **** Service and Half a pack of Beer.
