Paid delayed and no delivery
Paid and delayed and no delivery only next morning, so one eats today and Pick n pay don't care!!! , what about the frozen goods I paid for that will be sitting out of the deepfreeze (chicken, berries, cheese) do I get it half frozen or perhaps spoiled cause it's spoiling and I paid for fresh/frozen? This is not how business is run!!! And I know no compensation no sorry!!!! Don't even think they would mind this post anyway they have to many customers to warry about little complaints like this so just answer me how do you sleep if someone doesn't have a car and depends on delivery and then no food????

04 Aug 2025, 15:21Delivery was the Sunday morning at 8am and at least the products that was frozen was still frozen and the meat was ok nothing went bad they said it was freshly packed
Still not happy about this delivery as there is no communication, just nothing and they say tip the driver but the drivers don't pitch up now where is the problem?
