Packers don't think!

I didn't check how they were packing my groceries at the till. When I got home, the milk tart I bought was ruined because they had put it in a bag vertically in between my bananas and frozen fish. What a waste of R21!! I imagine that the manager might exchange it if I went back right now with the milk tart and receipt. But I have a 2 year old. Going to the shops is not a minor excursion! This should not have happened. Please educate your employees!
