Packer with an attitude

I had a really nasty experience yesterday at Pick 'n Pay vangate mall, I waited in the queue at the till to pay for my goods and saw that there were two baby leaflets lying at the next till, i then went over to go and have a look at it, I was rudely told by the packer that it belonged to her, i then explained to her that I wasn't going to take it, I just wanted to have a look at it! she rudely told me with an attitude that she was just saying and reached over and grabbed the two leaflets and started writing on it! I think it is totally unacceptable that customers are treated in this way, I felt so bad, as she could clearly see that I am pregnant and was just interested in what the store had for sale. shouldn't customers be treated with respect? she could have offered to get me one or even gotten herself a other leaflet, but she preferred to be rude to a customer that visits the store everyday. I think its pathetic!! if you decide to work in retail you should at least have a passion to work well with people and be trained to work with customers not treat people like dirt. This isn't the first time i noticed that this Packer has a bad attitude. I am extremely dissapointed.
