Packed food that was noticeably off & no response

I bought cooked tripe and plastic container was cling wrapped. When I got home and opened it, it was very clear to me it was off. I didnt understand how the lady who assisted me could have dished it out and not smelled it. She had actually poured in small dish & I asked her I wanted tripe for R50 so she had to put it in a bigger container. To me there is no way she did not smell it and she still sold to me. I then sent an email on Thursday 27/08/2015 to [Email Removed] complaining about the food and service and till today I have not received even an acknowledgement of my email. I'm just so disappointed because I have been advocating jean crossing pnp to be the best when it comes to their cooked food and service.<br> <br>
