****** Package - Pick n Pay Festival Mall

This is to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the ongoing issue with my missing package and the lack of response from both Pick n Pay Festival Mall. Aramex has done they due diligence and confirmed that package was not available for collection even though it was dropped off. It has been several days since I last inquired about the status of my parcel, which was dropped off at the Pick n Pay Festival Mall Kiosk on November 3, 2024, at 14:00. Unfortunately, despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter, I have received no update or communication from your team. This lack of response is highly disappointing and unprofessional. The package, valued at R1,200, was entrusted to your cashier, Plezi Khoza. However, I am deeply concerned as there have been prior reports of packages going missing from this location, with allegations of theft by the staff. To add to my frustration, Aramex courier services were unable to collect the parcel, as it mysteriously disappeared from the Aramex drop-off box, which was not locked at the time. Given these circumstances, it appears that there is a significant issue with the security and handling of packages at the Pick n Pay Festival Mall Kiosk. Customers are at risk of losing valuable items, yet no action has been taken to address the situation or provide adequate security measures. The fact that Pick n Pay has not yet addressed or acknowledged this serious matter is deeply concerning. I urgently request a thorough investigation into the disappearance of my parcel and a clear explanation as to how this situation will be rectified. I expect to receive a prompt response, as well as an update on the steps being taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
