P & P Hypermarket Faerue Glen - exorbitant pricing

Pick & Pay Hypermarket Faerie Glen.

Just got the shock of my life when I wanted to buy P&P brand Curry Brawn and the price has rocketed from below R100 per kilogram to R259.99 per kilogram.

Asking the Attendant at the Delicatessen Counter if this was not a real mistake, I just got told that the price went up and it is correct.

Tried the Customer Care Counter and this made my experience worse as after the Attendant tried to get management to come and assist, nobody turned up. She called the 1st Manager twice over the intercom, then tried a second Manager via the intercom but no luck.

Eventually when I informed her that I will rather try the Hello Peter route, she took my name and number so Management can call me back.

More than 30 minutes later I have not had a call.

So much for Customer Service
