P&P clerk with super bad attatude

I was mistreated and humiliated by the lotto sales clerk, because apparently the lotto clerk does not know that she is supposed to give you the total cost of your purchase of something you have bought, she humiliated me and said that I did not know how to play the lotto repeatedly, as I took my ticket I said in a joke that I hope it's my lucky ticket. after making that mistake of trying to be kind to her she said in a raised voice that it won't be my lucky ticket as I am to learn how lotto works first. I have not been that humiliated in a store in my life and I can assure you that this was the last time I am buying anything from P&P. I did not know that P&P clerks are allowed to treat customers in such a way ( who do they think indirectly pays for their salaries)
