P'nP Wynberg, Cape Town - Store from Hell

Thanks for ignoring my previous complaint about your Wynberg, Cape Town store. Sullen, slow and often cheeky staff. Unmanned till stations when the store is overflowing with customers. Almost zero functionality of your kiosk.A few days ago I selected 3 items and needed them rung up at the kiosk as I also wanted to buy cigarettes for someone. After standing on the same tile for 38 minutes in a long queue, I finally got to the first kiosk cashier and asked for Voyager white box which is a low tar cigarette. Predictably, there was none behind the cashiers but from previous experience, this item for whatever stupid reason is always locked in the store.After waiting another 15minutes, a 'manageress' finally sloffed over, took a carton from the storeroom and virtually threw the packet at me. I asked her why don't they keep the item behind the tills and the answer was 'It is a high risk item'. At 6mg tar, really? What about all the other brands with tar content of 12mg?Today, it was the same performance from the same P'nP manageress?? Sunitha all over again. First, she had some smart alec comment about 'cheap cigarettes' and then falsely accused me of shouting and screaming at her.<br> laguna
