P N P - online shop service non existent
If there was a rating for ZERO, this would be it!. I registered for P N P online today and placed my order. I ordered 8 items to be delivered, I received a response that 4 of the items were not available and that I had to select a substitute from what they presented me with. I did this for the 4 items, only P N P brands available as substitutes! I had already been charged for the 1st list of items. When the order arrived, those substitute items were not included in the bag!. No notification that they were not available, the only options which I had on the site for substitutes were those chosen!! I will report back on whether I receive my refund or not! Shocking Shocking 1st experience.

05 Jan 2022, 17:17To add --- had I known that the items were not available, I would have not placed the order as those were the vitals required. To pay a 27% delivery charge is not acceptable!

I received a fleeting message on my cell phone via the p n p app stating that I will not be charged any delivery fee on orders placed until 31 January 2021. I decided to put this to the test. Once again not all of my order request was available AND I was AUTOMATICALY charged a delivery fee, despite the promise. My bank account was automatically debited and I was not requested a secrete pin to auth the payment??? how does this work?
