P n P CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT EXIST

Had an issue with Centurion branch concerning the issue of VIP VOUCHERS books - took it up with their store Customer Care and their on site manager and was disgusted with their attitude. Phoned their so called Head Office customer service manager GLEN MILLAR who eventually called me back and ensured that the store would phone me back within 2 to 3 days. Still waiting - so now shopping at CHECKERS instead and enjoying a much more pleasant experience. Been shopping at P n P for over 35 years should have moved on a long time ago. !!!!!!

I dont believe VANITHA VENKETAS exists - if you check back all the complaint responses from P n P on Hellopeter they are all exactly the same wording - I suspect that the responses are all computer generated and VANITHA VENKETAS is purely a figment of someones imagination. None of P n P phone numbers work so why should this system work ????>?
