Owners attitude and attack

Last week I wrote a review on Pick n pay Soneike, I asked the owner Marlo to call me and he did call on Tuesday. That call didn't end well at all. First of all he thinks that I have a personal vendetta against the manager Joe in his store and then he went off at me because I said his store has gone to $h#t..... Then he attacked me regarding my hello Peter Account and my reviews on businesses which has absolutely nothing to do with him!!! I hello petered pick n pay for a reason and yet the owner went into attack mode and became aggressive over the phone. I then told him that I won't set foot in his store and decided to end the call. His attitude was appalling!!! Him telling me that he has 2500 in the store per day and his aggressive attacks on the phone for saying what I said and then also bringing up my reviews on hello Peter has nothing to do with him. I would like management of pick n pay head office to call me because clearly the attack from a store owner and not taking ownership of his complaints but instead going into attack mode was not appreciated or professional at all.
