Overpaid sale item, appliances not delivered

I bought an item meant to be on sale on to discover that I paid full price. I could not take it back as it’s a waste of petrol, time as well as the fact that it’s a meat product that could potentially spoil. I tried to reach out via social media and there has been no response. The other complaint I have is for a delivery that’s taking 2 weeks, the only update we get is that it’s on it’s way. Terrible service.
