Overdue delivery - Pathethic service

I'm not happy at all about PNP asap It's over 2hrs that ny order was accepted and it still hasn't been attended to. I've sent an email to the customer care service and tried calling their customer service line and no one answers, airtime and my time wasted.

What kind on nonsense service is this. Deliver my order or give me my money back. The stupid app doesn't even have an option to cancel an order, we have no choice but to let the damn store deliver good we need to use now whenever they feel like it.
