Overcharging of products advertised

<p>Warning to all shoppers - check your till slips after buying goods, particularly those advertised as a "special". I have just been charged R14.50 for a hard cover exercise book which was advertised at R10.50. This was at Pick n Pay, Claremont. You will be surprised at how often this overcharging occurs. The manager of the store brushes it off as a "glitch in the system". Is this the right attitude towards the consumer ?</p>
