OVERCHARGED! USELESS ASSISTANCE! AVOID THEIR ONLINE SHOP!
I ordered online through their webiste. They not only took the minimum amount, they then charged a higher amount, before the cost of the items (full amount) only to find out that 30% of the items were not in stock, and charged fully.
Now they refuse to pay back my money telling me it is up to my bank to release the amount - my bank cannot because they (PnP) have blocked it!
Rather by using Woolworths to this horrible company!

I have spoken to the bank about it and still nothing has changed!!! You have not released it, and my bank cannot do anything about it because again: YOU HAVE BLOCKED IT!!!! And yes, the amount deducted from my account is full amount with the missing items charged - your staff member said the difference would be paid back and nothing.... I just want my money back so I can move on to a company like Woolworths that has never done the stuff you have. I have had money reserved by many companies and released. You did not... and just share same nonsensical copy and paste. Just release my money
