Overcharged on Promo price

I brought a 2x 1.5 Liter's of coke as per their promo catalogue(2 For R25). The lady by the name of Nhlanhla sent me from Pilar to post telling me it's not their promo that promo is only for Supermarkets but I found the catalogue in their store. I had to wait more than 30 minutes. The assistance took for ever and it wasn't friendly. The store's HOD Mokhethi told Nhlanhla that he won't give me a refund. He REFUSED TO HEAR my complain and dismissed me, I left the store, unhappy about the treatment My rights to fair pricing as a consumer were violated and I was stripped of my dignity just because I demanded what was due to me. I had to go back to pick n pay to complain only to be turned back without my query being resolved at my own cost. I WANT MY REFUND BACK whether the promotion is over or not as I laid my complain before the end of promotion. How many other customers are ill treated at Local store yet catalogues are still displayed at their store entrance? I DO NOT WORK AT PICK N PAY for Mokhethi and tell me it's for Supermarkets. I ****** WANT MY REFUND I DEMAND IT.
