Overcharged and sour milk

<p> Why is it that i am always having to complain about some or other pick n pay. The shops are all pathetic and all you ever hear is we apologise and we are working on improving. So yesterday i decide to go to the bigger pick n pay as the locals are infuriating. Bought 2x blattanex ****roach gel, a milk and a few other things. The blattanex was for a friend so i took a photo of the price on the shelf and then went to pay. When i gave it to him the price on the slip was R9 more expensive each. Its not that much but with how many other products is this happening??? And this morning when i made my son porridge. I opened rhe milk and low and behold. Sour. This is really not the type of service and quality ecpected from pick n pay, but lately there standards have dropped so much i really dont even know why i am surprised. And after i post this someone will merely call again and apologise and nothing will improve but i have said my piece and this is how dossapointed i am in a store that my family has been using for many many years...</p>
