Overcharged and blaitant

Was charged three times for one item because the speed point had some malfunction. The cashier told us she couldn't do anything, I then drove over 60km to go to the bank and get proof if being charged 3 times and when I got back to the shop I still had to wait over two hours just to get assistance and they still unapologetic.
