Over Staffing at Pick n Pay Dobsonville Point.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the staffing situation at your Pick and Pay Qualisave Dobsonville store. As a loyal customer, I have noticed several issues that are affecting the store's efficiency and increasing unnecessary expenses.

Firstly, I have observed that there are too many staff members working at the front line, given that there are only 13 terminals. This overstaffing is causing congestion and delays, as staff members are getting in each other's way. Additionally, some of the terminals are not functioning, which exacerbates the problem.

Secondly, I have observed that some of the supervisors are struggling to manage the staff effectively. Out of the five supervisors, only two can work the front line, which suggests a lack of training and support for supervisors. This issue is contributing to the overall inefficiency of the store.

As a customer, I believe that Pick and Pay should strive for excellence in all aspects of its operations. Therefore, I respectfully request that you address the staffing situation at your Dobsonville store and take appropriate action to resolve these issues. This will not only improve the efficiency of the store but also reduce unnecessary expenses for the company.
