over promised and never delivered

Two weeks ago I bought off pickled fish from Table View pick n pay. I got so sick. I went to the doc who gave me meds and a note for work. She assumed it was gastro as it was coming out both ends. The fish was all I ate for that day thou. We did how ever take it back to the store who agreed it was off and helped as best they can. They even alerted head office. Now I never asked for this or my medical bill to be paid. But as the week went by head office had called for my doctors note and bank details etc. Liesel confirmed I would receive a cheque in this week. Wednesday past I got a call from a different lady saying they wont pay as it wasn't food poisoning and no evidence that fish was off. This was a shocker after Liesel the day before confirmed it will be paid and they no it was off. <br> Then rather dont promise anything to your clients pick n pay. And I wouldn't **** the night I spent vomiting my guts out.
