Over pricing 30% +/ no feedback

On the 30th of Jan (12 days ago) I purchased Beano dog biscuits 1kg from the Greenstone store @ a ridiculous price of R70.49. Curious, I checked the competitor retailers. All of which were around the mid R50.00 range. upon querying with Lionel at the store I was directed to Quinten Fouche at head office. Surprisingly, my first impression was a total lack of interest. Eventually he said he would investigate. I had to prompt him to report back to me which he assured me he would later in the day. Obviously he never did. On the 4th of Feb. I called the customer (DONT) care (Ntombi) with ref. no.*** who assured me the store general manager as well as Quinten would call me. Once again, not a whisper. I have since contacted Glen Miller who acknowledged the complaint. He assured an investigation and feedback. As per Pick n Pays standard, this is not surprising, it is SHOCKING. In conclusion, I AM NOW A SMARTER SHOPPER.
