Over priced, rude management and poor service.
Pick 'n Pay pricing still far to high. Nearly 18 Rand for a packet of Lays. They had other specials on but that price is just ridiculous. Over and above the high price, the staff were on some sort of go slow strike and the management was no where to be seen. When a manager eventually came out of hiding he said I should take my complaint up with head office. I did so nearly a week ago and have still not heard a thing.
