Over half items missing and have to chase for refund

Used the app twice and each time more than 50% of the drinks ordered missing. Each time the driver acknowledged that the items were left in store and promised to come back /resolve. Had to chase and chase via online chat and their email support service to arrange a refund. No refund for delivery cost, no apologies or explanation. Worst customer service. Will never use the app again
