OVER CHRGED AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE at PICK nPAY HYPER DBN NORTH

I am writing this communication angry and in disbelief at the kind of service I received at Pick n Pay hyper in Durban North on the 27 August 2023, it was a Sunday please see attached picture of my till slip.

The following Monday I called the store to report the lady by the name NTOMBIFUTHI BHENGU who was stationed at till number 7 that day she started off by hollering at us to come through,asked me in a rude tone if my items were 10 and less...kept rolling her eyes and sighing at me, seemingly irritated that I was at the store during closing time I felt so insignificant.

I payed her behavior no mind payed for my items left the store. When I git home checked my slip she charged me 2 times for the aunt caroline rice that I had bought and the fruit and vege combo wasn't a combo the items were billed separately and again overcharging me. Iam unsure whether the behavior was intended to distract me while they de***** me but I am beginning to suspect that maybe it was.

I called customer care on Monday. I was told someone from the store was going to get in contact with me and indeed someone called and promised to do an investigation and that a supervisor was going to call and arrange how I was going to be reimbursed. Till this day I have never heard from anyone from the shop. They are all a bunch of *****es!!!

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! ZOLA KHAMBULE
