Over charging for bags

this is now the fith slip i have checked where i was billed for more bags i received. Spoke to the manager of the store (anele) who just said, oh in that case he owes me 2 bags!! at 46 cents per bag! <br> previously i bought 4 bags of groceries and was charged for 7 bags. saturday i bought 2 bags of groceries and was charged for 4 bags. <br> i is beyond me that the manager does not see this matter seriously as he should be seeing it serioulsy, his staff is *****ing from the customers. he said it must a miss communication between the till worker and the packer. HAHAHAHA!!! the till worker has the bags and as she rings them up it gets passed to the packer. so very weak excuse!!! <br> Also, why is it always when the store is very very busy there are only a limited amount of tills open? there are never people between the shelves to assist customers with questions? why? why is this store still open when they have no customer service at all!!<br> <br> dont phone me, if you really want to make **** apologies, email them to me as i dont have the time to talk to dishonest people
