Over charged on items. Prices displayed not corresponding with till prices
The level of incompetence is apauling. My rights as a customer were violated Today at Pick n Pay in Northgate, Johannesburg. They had “price cut” on certain items but when You get to the till the price was over double the advertised price. The supervisor also confirmed that the prices displayed were placed on the incorrect items and the other item I was overcharged on - the correct price was not even printed and displayed anywhere! I was a very loyal customer of Pick n pay years but this incident was disheartening.
