Over charged on 17 items alnost R300

I was over priced on 17 items took them almost an hour to fix. The cashier was very helpful bit the assistant manager was rude and unprofessional when I asked her about the \double the difference"policy and she said the manager is on the way. The manager never came I had to look for him his name is Kwezi the same guy accused my mother of *****ing they treated her like a ******** but she proved them wrong and they did not apologize. The 17 over priced items almost added up to R300 and they did not follow there store policy. They are the worst when it comes to customers and very unprofessional did also not apologize they treated me like I was the one that was wrong"""
