Over 2 hours for my deliver

I ordered a 6 pack of savanna light to be delivered to bakoven. An hour later after placing the order, I get a call to tell me I live to far so no drivers are available if I can wait a little longer they will organize a driver or can refund me. The lady told me it’s coming from Claremont so I said ok that should be 30min drive I’ll wait. Another hour passes and no delivery as yet, I complain on the portal and get another call informing me about the same situation. I find it unreal that it took over 2 hours to deliver a basic order and the tracking of the app was wrong
