Outstanding service

My prescription was emailed to me and mobiles battery was depleted. I explained to Palesa what the script was for and she immediately offered many solutions and eventually we got the script. What was remarkable is that Pic n Pay pharmacy wasn't my 1st choice yesterday, I went to both pharmacies you get before entering Pic n Pay and these people couldn't care less. The natural instinct to help of Palesa to help a random client and made me feel so valued. Pic n Pay pharmacy is definitely my 1st choice now for me and my family
