Outstanding refunds

Pick ‘n Pay don’t pay your money back for unfulfilled orders on the ASAP app. I have been waiting since May for one refund. You get told to take it up with the bank however the bank confirms Pnp never released the funds for them to do the refund.

Absolutely no one comes back to a person no matter how many calls you make to them or how many emails you send with the proof. Even the bank confirmed Pnp has not paid the money back yet.
