Outstanding experience

On Tuesday 25/02/2020 I shopped at Pick n Pay Rosmead Ave, Kenilworth. I purchased a product but did not notice at the time that it was damaged. Upon unpacking the groceries at home later, I noticed the damage and straight away called the store. The telephone was answered by the Store Manager, Mr Colin M***o, who promptly agreed for either the product to be replaced or my money refunded. I visited the store today (27/02/2020) and dealt with Mr Mdoko in person. I am very impressed with him as a person as well as with the way he manages this store. The store’s floors are clean, it is well lit, shelves are neat and the staff (who are very personable) respect him. My compliments to the Pick n Pay brand for choosing wisely in this store manager. I will continue to be a loyal patron at PnP Rosmead Ave, Kenilworth, Cape Town.
