Outstanding Customer Service- Tshepo Leshabane

“People expects good service but few are willing to give it”, I once read a quote like that. On Sunday afternoon I rushed to Pick n Pay Greenstone to get a few things in preparation for the Sunday lunch and Monday’s public holiday.

I just want to complement the excellent service I received from Tshepo Leshabane, one of your packers. As I was busy contemplating whether or not to purchase some of the things that were on sale or I should perhaps wait until I do my full Christmas grocery shopping. In an effort to put me at ease as he could see I was undecided, he (Tshepo) immediately proposed to inquire on how long the sale will be running for.

I was amazed at how friendly and energetic he was at attending to me, he definitely gave meaning to “No matter how good your feedback is , you must always start over with your next customer”. I appreciate his pro-activeness at trying to assist me with my predicament, I honestly did not feel like a number but I felt like a valued customer. Notwithstanding the rush and the business of the store, he went over and above what was required of him as a packer.

That young man is definitely for keeps, well done to Greenstone Management on getting us such a keen Packer.
