Outstanding customer service - thanks RENE!

We bought a TV not so long ago and we were having problems with it. We decided to take it back to Pick n Pay The Crescent Umhlanga. The manager, Rene asked us if we wanted a refund and we said no we wanted another TV. Without any hussles he changed the TV for us. He even went as far as giving my kids some sweets while we were waiting and they were so happy. Thank you Rene for your outstanding customer service!
