OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Wow!!! what a contrast of service. Also the bakery manager. We went to the N1 City Pick n Pay store, to get a cake for our grand daughter's class mates. The manager told us, that there were no more cakes, but if we wouldn't mind to wait, he will prepare one for her. Wow, wow, this is why I'm a loyal client of Pick n Pay. Outstanding, world class service. The manager went and produced an absolute stunning cake. He even gave my grand daughter a biscuit, because we had to wait for the cake. This is what I expected from the bakery manager at Cape Gate. He should go on a training course on what customer service is and how to satisfy a client. Not by throwing cake away, but to satisfy a client. Well done bakery manager of N1 City.
