Outraged

I am outraged, as a daily shopper at PNP we ran a bit late yesterday so was in the shop as it was closing. We rushed the aisles but was still finishing when a staff member came up to me and my daughter and said hurry to the tills we closing now. My daughter was visibly upset and wanted to leave the trolley and go to Spar Primrose but I said no. it's only ten minutes and though I understand the staff is tired surely a more friendly service can be adopted by staff. I see no happy greetings, or smiles at PNP Primrose?? Only on a few who know me very very well.
