Outdated smart shopper technology and equipment

Why have the smart shoppers card machine in the branches when they seldom work and mostly cant print. These things are aged. Same answer from all the branches all saying it is a problem. Little Falls reckon someone comes twice a week to repair/look at them. Not sure what is done. Its better you remove them from all your shops till you one day have an updated system with new machines. We rotate between about 6 of your branches on the west rand and it is the same at each branch. Oh yes and please don't get any branch manager to phone me.
