Out of stock promotion

Why advertise a special if you don't plan on stocking any of your stores?

I have travelled between no less than six of your stores trying to buy your "black friday" promotional items only to find that none of your stores received stock on the promotional items.

This is hugely disappointing to say the least. I was even told by one of your store managers that by the time the promotion started they were almost out of stock on most of the items advertised.

It is misleading to the public. You should plan properly before advertising misleading information.
