Out of stock ....pathetic!!!

Its unacceptable that I did not receive my butternut, I placed my order on the 19th already giving pnp sufficient time. How is it possible that out of all you're stores you could not get one packet butternut, I will log a complain each time that I do online shopping for each item I do not get until you get my shopping right. You desperately need to step up you're customer service.
