Out of stock on a month end

Yesterday at about 6pm I arrived at Pick n Pay Promenade in Mitchell's Plain to do my monthly shopping as usual their butchery manager has just left the store and there is no burgers on the shelve, no notice to apologize to the customer's of the product that is out of stock, every month it's the same thing there is no spice to make burgers and they waiting on the supplier to deliver, i was promised a few months ago it would never happen again this is the second consecutive month there is no burgers on a month end and to top it all off the packers at the till points just through your groceries into the plastic bag chicken and detergents they put into one bag I had to tell the packer she must pack the bag over, please have a look into this as it is a major concern i'm honestly thinking of moving to another supermarket.
