Our Self raising flour had worms inside and we bought it this month

The self raising flour was closed and sealed and my fiancé decided to bake for me and when he opened the flour there was a huge worm on the opening part of the flour packaging we thought maybe it's just on the top and when he was about to pour it on the bowl...there were two worms inside one and the other still alive how disgusting and shameful of Picknpay. This is seriously *******. I really have no words towards this at all...what kind of negligence is this ????
