Oudtshoorn Pick n Pay Bad Service

I bought a TV at Pick n Pay Oudtshoorn on 12 March 2020. My TV broke in April 2021. I went to the Oudtshoorn Branch and asked them to repair my TV as it was still under warranty.They received the TV at the end of April 2021 already, and they are saying that they are still waiting for the couriers to come collect the TV to take it to their warehouse. After 3 weeks. The TV is being used for CCTV surveillance, I require a refund ASAP. I will not suggest that anyone buy tvs/electrical wares at any Pick n Pay store.
