Ostrich mince-NOT REAL

My husband and I went to Pick n Pay in Observatory, Capetown . Friday 14th August 2020 around 16:00pm . We bought some ostrich burgere patties and some lean ostrich mince .On Friday night I cooked the ostrich burgers and we ate well and his blood sugar level was not high. I cooked the ostrich mince last night 16th August 2020 with no artificial ingredients accept white onion, cumin , salt and pepper , Italian parsley and coriander . He ate around 7:30pm and around 9:00pm his blood sugar level was 17. It sent him into body aches . Aching ears and jaw. I immediately gave him vitamin c , metformin , vanadium ,chromium and black seed oil and potassium to calm his body and regulate his blood sugar. Till today 18th August 2020 he is ill in bed and he has been taking vitamin c the pure form to recover. He is a diabetic and only when theres something wrong with the food does his blood sugar increase. I believe something is wrong with the ostrich. I do have some at home that I can send over for testing. I will get to the bottom of this and will be sueing for what has happened to him . It says that it is halal and it's a problem . Clearly there's something artificial in it .
