Oscar winning customer service

Today I had a wow moment at my favourite pic n pay store, pic n pay rondebosch. As the store is close to work I normally just pop in for one or 3 necessities, today the manager, Brent actually made me buy something extra that was not in my budget. Excellent marketing Brent, you are a real asset to pic n pay and that is what many stores need. The store might not be upgraded like the smart kenilworth centre or pinelands stores, but these stores can learn alot from the personalised touch displayed bot only by Brent but many other staff members in that particular store, Chantal is also one of them, Phumeza and I cannot remember the other people's names (please forgive me), the lady in the delicatessen but throughout the store. Always a warm friendly, how are you, enjoy your day and that is why I will keep on going back to the little pic n pay in rondebosch! Thank you guys for the AWESOMEcustomer service and I hope that your company knows how valuable you all are to the store!
