Orders not received.

I made an order yesterday #*** I waited for 2-3 hours, only for the delivery not to make it to my place and was told it was cancelled, I made the same order again right after #*** and was told this will be delivered at 7:30 in the morning. It’s 8:18 the order is still not here, the order had chicken which was supposed to be cooked for dinner yesterday, meaning I had to come up with a contingency plan last minute for dinner since everything was cooked except for the chicken we bought. It’s the next day now and my order is still delayed. I used to live in joburg south the service was so much better than here. This is my 3order and I’m already done with Pick ‘n Pay. At this point I just want my money so I can put it to good use at another store not related to the pnp group. I’ve wasted too much money on airtime trying to resolve this. Please pay me back ASAP. And remove the “ASAP” part in your name because your service is disgusting.
