Orders don’t get delivered

I’d like to know if this is the new norm right now for orders to repeatedly be late. Some orders don’t even get delivered on the day they’re promised, but I just get told it’s late with no means to contact anyone.

What’s happening to the things that get shopped? Are they standing out of the fridge until they get collected?

Last time the order was delivered the next day and the cold stuff were not cold.

This is getting ridiculous!

Please make sure you have drivers available before you start packing and let us know if we want to change our mind about orders if they’re going to be late. Last time I planned to sleep late the Saturday and ordered the Friday late afternoon. I couldn’t sleep in because you didn’t deliver and without asking me, just decided to deliver it first thing in the morning.

It’s defeating the purpose of ordering online because you are becoming a major INCONVENIENCE!!
