Orders canceled for no valid reasons

Placed an order around 2:30pm was allocated delivery time 16:30 -17:00pm. my order never arrived , Driver collected it then after a few minutes you canceled it and a refund was processed. No explanation given. Called your customer care and they said the driver returned it with no valid reasoning. Mind you I placed an order because my baby is ill and not eating. Now I'm stuck with no money to buy her something she could eat because the refund will take 3 or more days. And this isn't the first time this has happened. The last time the driver collected my package and returned it in less than 5 minutes after collecting. I know that me complaining here will not make any difference.
